April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. Her roles included Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American Actor most well-known for her role as Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Kandi the sitcom on TV Two and a Half Men. Her modeling career began in the early 1990s then moved on to films as well as television. Her first appearance was on small screen as an extra for the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show was followed by appearances of individual episodes of other series. For Two and a Half Men Bowlby starred as Kandi. Bowlby gained international recognition with her Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl who was a regular in the American show Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby also appeared on TV in films such as Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter and Sands of Oblivion 2. She made her big-screen debut in the movie All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films like The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby has recently played the character of Natasha (a 12-year-old girl) in the film All Roads Lead Home. The film is about a tragic accident which causes Natasha to lose her mother. Bowlby is starring in the upcoming 2008 comedy movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia. The actress lives with her family in Los Angeles. She is a redhead, with blue eyes. She is single and has no children.
