Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
