She became a well-known model in the late 1990s before establishing an acting career as a TV star after roles on Baywatch Nights and Law & Order. Her character is the role of Detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT show Rizzoli and Isles since July of 2010. Angie Harmon, an American actress, is well known for her roles on Rizzoli and Islands, as well as Law & Order Baywatch Nights on television. Her credits in films are Agent Cody Banks, Fun with Dick and Jane and Fun with Dick & Jane. Angie Harmon is an American model and actress that has appeared in numerous of TV shows and movies over the years. It began her career as a model, but once she was recognized internationally, she decided to take on acting. It was 1995 when she starred on the television show Baywatch Nights. Harmon has also performed voice acting and has provided her voice to a cartoon version of movie Batman Beyond Return of the Joker. Beginning in 2000, Harmon made the decision to concentrate in films and stopped working in television shows.
