Luke Grimes has acted in various shows and movies, including American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey Yellowstone. He is known both for his unique and charismatic appearances, but also for his passion for music. Luke Timothy Grimes, an American actor. Luke Grimes is best known for his work in the critically acclaimed movie American Sniper the Fifty Shades film series as well as the dramatic show Yellowstone (2018-present). Grimes was the son of a Pentecostal preacher from Dayton Ohio. Grimes graduated in 2002 from Dayton Christian High School. Luke Timothy Grimes is a U.S. citizen, born on 21 January 1984 in Dayton, Ohio. Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal minister, and Angie Barker are his parents. Luke Grimes comes from a family of three: Racheal Grimes (his sister), Abby Grimes (her brother) and Seth Grimes. Luke Grimes was raised in a conservative and religious family. He went to Dayton Christian High School. Luke went to New York City in 2002 after completing high school, in order to pursue his dreams. Two years of formal training as an actor were completed at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In order to enhance his musical ability the musician took guitar lessons as well as singing classes.
